Mobikwik — Amazon refund not credited

It has been 3 weeks but still my issue is not resolved yet.
I have cancelled a order on amazon and it has initiated a refund of 17999 for the same 3 weeks ago and it should have been credited to my mobikwik account by now. Even i have tried to reach on mobikwik help and support but no positive response. Please resolve my problem.
