[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Amount Deducated for failed transaction and no action taken from Mobikwil

Hello, I had made payment for my PHILIPS SHP1900 Headphones in snapdeal through Mobikwik wallet. Please find below details but I dont see any order in TRACK YOUR ORDER. Transaction Type Debit from Wallet Merchant Name snapdeal.com Transaction ID CCABL1AFP557 Debit Date Thu Dec 11 22:06:35 IST 2014 Debit Amount Rs. 349.00 Wallet Balance Rs. 80 Wallet Type Semi Closed It seems my order was not placed and I lost my money. Its been 3 days since I raised ticket in Mobikwik site TICKET #1699537.And as the message I reecieved I should have heard back from them within 24 hr and its 3 days now. Request you to kindly help me to resolve this.

I was contacted by some with mobile number : [protected] and per there interaction I share the screen shot and other details to [protected]@india.com .
They called me again and made were asking my ATM and account details (which I refused to share)
dont know how but they login to my Mobikwik account recharge there number with my remaining amount .

Please Inform MobikWik there seurity for transaction is pathatic.
Any one can login and make a transaction.
And same has been done harpreet singh rathore no : [protected]
He hack into ny mobikwik and made the transaction.
