Mobikwik — amount deducted but not refunded | |||
I am venkatesh, i transfer the money from mobikwik wallet to bank. While sending the amount at the last minute error came. Amount deducted from my account still not refunded or credit to my account. Please help me. Customer service not resolved the issue. My mobile number is [protected]. I want to pay my exam fee. Still the amount was not credited to my bank account or wallet. Nothing action will be taken care by them. Worst customer service. I gave commission charges also to transfer the money to my bank account. Totally 10348 deducted from my wallet. Till now there is no update regarding this. My Mobile number [protected]. And ticket number 9776732. Please help me almost I am waiting for more than a week. I didn't face this type of issue in other payment sites like paytm phone pe and all. | |||
