Mobikwik — cash not deposited back to bank or mobikwik wallet after unsuccessful transaction | |||
I had paid my electricity bill on feb 12 at 11.02 pm. The transaction was unsuccessful. An amount of rs. 4750/- has been debited from account and has not been refunded to mobikwik wallet or to bank. On checking with my bank operator. The amount has been debited in the name of mobikwik. Please do the needful to refund the money back asap as my electricity bill has crossed due date.
