Mobikwik — cash not deposited back to bank or mobikwik wallet after unsuccessful transaction

I had paid my electricity bill on feb 12 at 11.02 pm. The transaction was unsuccessful. An amount of rs. 4750/- has been debited from account and has not been refunded to mobikwik wallet or to bank. On checking with my bank operator. The amount has been debited in the name of mobikwik. Please do the needful to refund the money back asap as my electricity bill has crossed due date.

On 25 feb 2019 i paid the 18569 rs to bajaj allianz through mobikwik wallet and the transition was failed due to some issue but the money is duducted to my sbi credit card.Please let me know when will i receive my money. My transaction id is

MY MOBIKWIK ACCOUNT WITH NUMBER [protected] HAS BEEN DISABLED ON 18 FEB 19 Without any notification. I can not reach to their customer care center also. Thier customer care number also dont get my call connected to care executive ([protected]).
