Mobikwik — cashback not received and I am not able to login in other mobile

I am nikunj samwani, for a transaction a month back i was promised to get cashback with all terms and condition satisfying but i haven't received any cashback. I have raised ticket but no reply after 24/08/2019. No solution provided by mobikwik team.
Also i am not able to login in mobikwik on other device, it says due to security reason cannot login into other device. I have raised ticket for this as well but no reply from mobikwik team.

I had to transfer payment from credit card to my account . the transaction was failed but the payment was debited in my card . The invoice says the payment will refund but till the date no refund for my payment .so refund the payment fastly .

My account [protected]@gmail.com is blocked. Whenever I login it shows user disable .I use account last tym for transaction to IRCTC .now IRCTC refunded me cash in this account. I m facing problem as I didint use my big amount cash and when I login as it is showing user disable.
Why u cheated with us my uncles 100000 is transferred to someone else A/c I want my answer...please contact me. .[protected]@gmail.com
This is very huge amount for middle class ...Please be ashamed for doing this he haven't eaten for 5 days very bad and fraud app
