Mobikwik — complaint regarding to my refund

Dear sir, I made a payment through mobikwik of jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam ltd. The payment was 1308. The amount is deducted from my account and transaction shows error. I called too many times in the customer care but they didn't pick the call. I also did the transaction before that the same was happend. Very bad service from the mobikwik. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 02, 2018 Updated by vviku If you notified the complaint then why I didn't get any response from MobiKwik team .I have called so many times in the customer care support but they are not picking the call .and also I have send many messages to MobiKwik team but also I didn't get any response .I don't think you are taking the complaint seriously . Sir, I am requesting you please tell me how much time it will take to come And the refund is Initiated or not
