Mobikwik — complaints against person holding mob no [protected] | |||||
I faced problem on 11.09.2018 around 11.30 hrs i made attempt to recharge my vodafone post mobile no [protected] but was failed, so i made complaint to your customer care no and also to this complaint site. On 11.09.2018 around 14.00hrs i received massage that the payment was successful. But on 11.09.2018 several persons contacted me to the aforesaid no asked me to provide my debit card no, all times i denied and told that money has deducted my mobikwi9k wallet.. Even this morning around 10.30hrs one person from mob no [protected] represented himself contacted me to mob no [protected], send an otp in mob and asked me me to provide debit card no otherwise he will block my mobikwik account..
