Mobikwik — debit money in my bank | |||
I had tried to recharge my phone number [protected] through mobikwik on 15/10/2019 at 1.22am. Ruppes 499 is deducted from my sbi debit card account but number is not recharged. I am recharged two time but recharged is not successful and my 499 ruppes debit two time of mobikwik and my total amount is 998 no response from there side. So thats why i write my experience here.and my money refund fastly please I attach copy of bank and mobikwik statement with this. Thank you. Yesterday dated 14.10.2019 i tried to recharge my airtel number- [protected] with Rs.129 through Mobikwik website but the recharge failed and the debited amount of Rs.129 not yet credited in my bank account. Yesterday i raised tickets from Mobikwik mobile app but no reply has come yet.Please arrange to refund the same immediately.
