Mobikwik — deduction of main balance

I try to add money in my mobikwik wallet. But it says that oopss something went wrong. Even saying this money had been deducted from my jk bank account but no money had added into my mobikwik wallet. My e-mail address is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobikwik complaint ticket no. Is #7034344. My mobile no is [protected]. Now i want my money back. Please help me.
