[Resolved] Mobikwik — enjoying money for 21 days not given to merchant | |
This useless company enjoyed my money for 21 days without giving to merchant (Spicejet) i booked ticket on may 10th 2017 and travelled on 1st june2017 and in airport spicejet demanded me money again so i paid being hanged for 1 hr at counter, no one cared to listed but next day my money refunded. For this nonsense action neither both expressed grief nor paid any compensation but both are passing their fault to each other. Since 1.5 yrs io writing but all are so shameless not caring to address my complaint. Hope god ll give u wisdom to not swallow public money freely and behaving like shameless beggar. Jan 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved In may 2017 i booked a ticket from Mumbai to mangalore in spicejet and paid via Mobikwik but mobikwik didn't pay full amount to spicejet but confirmed em payment.In airport spicejet people demanded balance amount which i paid again after hanged by 1 hr then next day merchant refunded em .When i asked where was my money for 21 days both are fixing responsibility each other and no one is providing proof of payment to each other nor giving compensation not even caring to listen my complain and marking its resolved by themself. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

The complaint on compensation / on refund has to be submitted 1 time, not 10 times during 6 months.
One reminder, not 10 letters, can be submitted in 15 days, if no decision is recevied from air carrier/service provder. who has accepted your complainu
It is unclear what happened, what do you need, why do you need compensation/refund without the documents:
- e-ticket (+ receipt, if any)
- boarding pass
- bag tag,
- other losses,
- what is written in your 1 and your last complaint,
- waht was the decsion of air carrier/service provider.
All disputes following the last complaint or follwoing the reply of the service provider can be resolved in the court only not later than 2 years following the flight.
If you do not know how to submit the correct complaint you are advised to hire laywer or a legal professional in civil aviation for a fee (it cost from 4000 till 10000 rupees) for the preparation of the civil case against the service provider for the court.
The court shall award the losses, reasonable moral harm, government fees by final decsion.
