I am mobikwik user by the number [protected]. The e-commerce service provider "mobikwik" did forgery by doing a transaction of rs. 508/- from my account. When i launched the complaint on their portal, they were complaining me instead. Now when i was reluctant and argued them on giving me my refund, they disabled my login. This is not the first time that they did a forgery, but now when i was not bending down since it was a large amount transaction, they disabled the login. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My recharge was not done but money was deducted from my account. I have done recharge one week back but it was not done even money was also not refunded in my account.

Sir,
I cant open my account when i m using it. It showed some login related error. I think that my account is blocked but there is sum of money about 9619 rupees in it. My a/c attached mobile no. Is [protected]. It also showed en email id problem also.
