Mobikwik — I have mobikwik wallet balance 450 does not used, when i try to recharge due to problem failed, recharge, ans primary no not used again

I had recharge first time on 29, Apr, 2017 rupees 445 on m'y relance postpaid no [protected] from m'y Mobikwik id [protected]@gmail.com, but rechange failed and payement back on my wallet transaction id 54e4f1aa5f4a4 445 RS,

But m'y mobikwike 445 ruppes does not used any rechange error cames with primary no used again again

Plz pay my wallet 450 balance on [protected]@gmail.com to pay Bill reliance GSM [protected]
