Mobikwik — I paid rs. 42000 using their portal to pay icici credit card payment on 11th july but they have not remitted the amount and are not responding. | |||
I paid a sum of Rs. 42000 through UPI Service of Mobikwik to make payment of my ICICI Credit Card bill on[protected], and they had portrayed that the same gets remitted in 48 hours. my bank account was deducted the same day by Mobikwik and yet they have not remitted payment to operator ie ICICI Bank till date, due to which I have lodged over half a dozen complaints with them repeatedly and have been calling them but they dont respond. they are not sending me the proof of remittance to the ICICI and rather they are replying in one word that my payment stands made. ICICI bank has levied heavy penalty on me due to non-payment. I am suffering and under lot of trauma and agony due to which I need a redress. Amar Vivek - [protected]@gmaill.com.
