Mobikwik — Mobikwik account blocked for no reason | |||||
I got my and my mother's mobikwik wallet account (total 3) blocked one day for no reason though I was using different phone numbers as well as different cell phones for those 3 different accounts. It was necessary as 3 family members were using 3 different accounts. When I called customer, the executive stated the reason that it could be because o[censored]sing same bank account for adding money to those 3 different accounts. Now that was epic. One would have to make a bank account to transact through mobikwik? Then what shall be the use of online wallets provided by them? Still, I accepted it and assured to not touse same bank account for further transactions. For resolution of my complaint, customer care asked for the copy of bank account statements which were lastly used for transactions and it was stated to revert it on [protected]@mobikwik.com with complaint id. I did the same thing on the same day. Today it has been more than 10 days and there is no revert from mobikwik customer care. As my accounts are blocked, I could not reopen the complaints stated resolved by them. Because it asks for login credentials once i click to reopen the complaints. Plus there are 2 customer care numbers stated on their websites :[protected] and[protected]. These are unanswered no matter whenever I call either in the morning or noon or evening or night. I am helpless now. I have my money and refunds from different websites, which are stuck into these wallets. I just need my money back. I do not want to use mobikwik anymore, but I just want my stuck money used anywhere just once from mobikwik wallets. Mobikwik has no right to keep my money in their wallet and giving no access to those wallets. Most third class website, mobile application, wallet and most third class customer service have been maintained by mobikwik. If they cannot handle pressure, they could not have expanded these much. I have stated all 3 my mobikwik acount details i.e. email id and phone numbers. 1. email id: [protected]@gmail.com Phone number: [protected] 2. email id: [protected]@gmail.com Phone number: [protected] 3. email id: [protected]@gmail.com Phone number: [protected] I had to made 2 complaints for these 3 accounts as they were accepting only 2 account details under one complaint. For both the complaints I got the same reply from them to send them bank account statements and I had sent those copies on the same day I got the mails. It has been more than 10 days and my complaints are then unanswered. Today I try to make payment to myntra through mobikwik wallet via internet banking after completing OTP the transaction processing for long time and failed. But the amount is deducted from my account.. Cheating...
