Mobikwik — mobikwik account blocked, not responding to ticket # 10686761 | |||
I am an old customer. For last 5years i didn’t have any problem. I was recharging 5-6 family phone from mobikwik account as it was based on my email ab*[protected]@gmail.com But for last few days it’s asking for new password, and its sending otp to my expired no. 852*907 videocon which has been withdrawn. Kindly send me otp on my active no. Of last 10 years 941*71 & let me unblock my account. I am afraid of fraud. My ticket #10686761 sub mitted on 19/03/2019 has not been replied so far. Kindly help.
