Mobikwik — Mobikwik did not refund my 15078/- for failed online transaction, it was EMI payment towards Indiabulls Consumer Finance Ltd

Dear Sir,
I made a fund transfer of Rs15078/- towards my EMI payment of Indiabulls consumers finance ltd. via Mobikwik online App. Transaction was not successful but amount was debited from my Citibank account but so far Mobikwik didn't refund me even after followup via email. Neither they shared any invoice for this transaction.
