Mobikwik — mobikwik - user is disabled

Sir in my mobiwiki app when i want to enter my phone no [protected] and password. It shows user is disable.. How can i enable it.. I want to use tha app bec i have some money on it.. My e_mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
Sir please resolve my problem as earlier as possible.. And i also dont use my bajaj finance app.. It also show user is disable please resolve as ealier as possible
