Dear Team,
Kindly help for resolve the issue.I am Rajesh kumar on 03/04/2019 My friend Shyam Chand add money in his mobikwik wallet through my Yes Bank Credit Card no 531849******5241, Rs.10376 on 03/04/2019 timing 16:09:43, transaction referance no MT190940067000010001321 .Amount deducted in same time from credit card but not refect in th mobikwik wallet, Shyam Chand, mobile no [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com.But next day morning 04/04/2019 amount reflect in wallet and auto refund to me order id 585aafbc258a9 at 07.48am Rs.10375.24.Amount deducted from wallet but not get in credit card yet.Both parties are saying Mobikwik and Yes bank we have not ur money .Then where is my money . Because money not in my credit card, money not in mobikwik wallet .one complaint ticket in mobikiwk ticket id 11015708, 07/05/2019 because mobikiwk have no customer care number where we talk essally.Please help me on this problem.
