My mobikwik wallet is locked. I am not reopen the ticket because account is locked. Plese help... Really suffering. After this i will never invest money in mobikwik... Very poor service, only 1 customer support no. Customer agents talks everytime promise with new query that they unlock it but still not unlock my account.. Please help. I had made a ticket purchase from IRCTC for Rs.1191.80 on 18th september 2017. The amount was debited in my bank account .But the transaction was not complete.The mobikwik transaction ref is[protected]. Please make arrangements to reverse the amount. Thanks
