Mobikwik — Money deducted but tickets not done | |||
I booked a train ticket worth rs 5511 and tried to make the payment through mobikwik wallet.the money is deducted from wallet but the booking is not done.plz help me to get the refund as soon as possible..this is not a small amount.plz help as soon as possible.as I complained on mobikwik i got the ticket no #5993451..plz sort it out very soon...i am very disappointed with this type of response.help as soon as possible or you will loose ur valuable customers.
