Mobikwik — money deducted from bank account but not submitted to yatra | |||
Actually i was booking a round domestic flight ticket using yatra.com for Rs.6150 with reference number[protected]. But my flight tickets did not get confirmed because yatra is saying they have not received payment from mobikwik. But mobikwik is saying they have paid my money which they had debited from my indian bank account to the yatra.com. Mobikwik has even send me the invoice also on my mail but still yatra is declining.I m attaching my bank transaction, mobikwik transaction and yatra mail in which they are accepting they have not received my money for my flight tickets. mobikwik transaction id is i.e debited from bank to wallet is 556776c1e1e94 mobikwik transaction id is i.e debited from wallet to yatra.com is[protected] yatra reference number is[protected] KINDLY HELP!!! Otp verification is required and my account got blocked when otp is received on another number not on my own number so please help me to make my account unblock and I forgot security pin
