Mobikwik — Money deducted from bank but order not placed | |||||
I have paid through Mobikwik to Dominos on 11 dec 2015... I Have done Transaction of 606 rupees (50 from wallet ad 556 from my bank account).In first attempt 556 got debited from my SBI account and mobiwik window came but payment not done to Dominos... Mine 556 rs.that got debited from my bank account has not reflected anywhere.That money is not credited in Mobiwik wallet and SBI account and two weeks are over. I have written 3-4 times mail regarding this query. But i have not got response from mobikwik side.I have called to customer number but i am unable to contact them.Why are mobikwik not solving the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
