Mobikwik — money deducted from wallet not refunded from 4 months | |||||
I have used mobikwik wallet to pay irctc for booking food twice in irctc catering app on same day (August 24, 2017). Money has been deducted both the times but the booking failed. I have raised the complaint to irctc for which they have replied that they didn't receive any money. Then i have raised the complaint to mobikwik in the app with ticket #7009877. They took 2 months time and informed me that the money refund has been initiated to the bank (Sbi) with arn[protected]. I still didn't receive my money back. I have added money to my mobikwik wallet with debit card and tried to pay irctc. How in the world that mobikwik initiated to refund my money to the account but not to my wallet. Today is december 15th, 2017 and still i didn't receive my money. I want the full details of the amount that mobikwik initiated to refund. There is no phone number also to contact them directly regarding this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I request for refund from mobikwik two to three times since then but sad thing is they never reply to me and not refund my money. This type of problem i always have with mobikwik. Is this the time to stop using mobikwik. It sucks...
