Mobikwik — money deducted recharge not done/ no action since 16 June 2015 8.20 am morning | |||
i recharge my number 9313836*** with Rs 949 on 16th June morning at 8 am. I got a message from reliance instantly " your recharge can not be processed at this time. Thank You. Reliance". i lodged a complaint vide mobikwik ticket numbe #2843040 and #2849539. No action has been taken yet. I even wrote a mail onto [protected]@mobikwik.com. No action or reply yet. i got my pack renewed yesterday. i want my money back into my wallet asap as your grievance system has shook my faith in you. i had been a great admirer and proponent o[censored]r quick recharge app bt i hate ur resolution mechanism. its non-dedicated and totally at ur will. i think ur app is gud for small amount recharges only. Freecharge is better on this front as they instantly revert the money back into the wallet. Get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
