Mobikwik — money stuck by mobikwik

My e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected]. My account is disabled in mobikwik. I can’t access my account. Money is too much. When i want to transfer my money form mobikwik to my bank account i can’t do this because mobikwik show user is disabled. I try many time but it doesn’t work. I attached one screenshot of email. This email come form mobikwik.

Dated 4.11.17 my father's sbi ATM card was utilised in a fraudulent way &used for recharge of mobikwik for RS.5555/- with the ref no[protected].pl.stop him to use it &return this amount back to my father's acount

Help help help...
Please help do not loose your customer if you want to survive in this competition market. Please resolve my issue.
