Mobikwik — Money transfer issue | |||||
I had transferred Rs 13000 in my mobikwik wallet and used Rs 687 for a bill payment. Now the balance amount was Rs 12, 313. I tried transferring this amount back to my account but could not as maximum transaction i could do was Rs 1000. I even uploaded my documents for KYC update and got a message that a representative will come to verify my documents within 48 hours, but no one showed up and its been more than a week. i tried calling their customer representatives but no one picks it up and after a long try they picked my phone and assured me that whole of my amount would be refunded back to same account within 24 to 48 hours. Again the time given has passed and they dont pick up and the other number is switched off. Now that money from the wallet (Rs.12, 313) has also been deducted and does not show any records in the history. this money has still not been credited in my account. They have kept my money illegally with them and not even updating my KYC so that I could transfer it myself. They do not even respond to my queries and do not even pick the calls Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hello team mobikwik...
