Mobikwik — Money Transfer to wrong Person | |||||
I am Renju Revi Actually when I tried to transfer money Rs 1000 to my friend account even though mentioning the correct details in the specified coloumns it got credited in some unidentified email id : [protected]@gmail.com which is not in my contact list. Refernce ID: 54a58617c40c6 Receiver's Detail(s): [protected]@gmail.com Transaction Date: March 10 2017 (Friday). I tried to reach the customer care numbers, [protected] & [protected] to enquire about this but these numbers are not reachable and even raised a complaint in MobiKwik: 6068963 Below are the screenshots of the transaction and complaint raised, take some action and credit my money back to my account. I have added money in wallet but not received in wallet and deducted from bank account if its possible just give a call back on my number [protected]

when I spoke with concern travels they said the bus was cancelled

I got a call from some one saying they are from Mobikwik asked my complete card detail for cross checking. I provided all the details and few minutes later i received I received an OTP to tranfer 9999 to Ola Money. Guys they were again Faurd, I luckly saved my money. This are numbers from which i got call [protected] & [protected].
