Mobikwik — money transferred to wrong mobikwik account | |
Dear sir, I have mobikwik account with phone number [protected] through which i wanted to transfer 3000/1 to another mobikwik wallet [protected]. By mistake i transferred the amount to [protected]. I spoke to the person with this mobile number and he is saying that he doesnot have a mobikwik wallet. Kindly refund my money back to my wallet as soon as possible. I transferred money from my wallet to bank account but not received the amount in my account neither it got refunded in my wallet and i am not able to read tge invoice also for the failed transaction.
