I have done bsnl recharge for 1999 one time, but it's done two time automatically, and it took the money from ZIP, I raised a fraudulent complaint they blocked my account, I'm trying to reach customer care noway to reach them, I tried them from the given number no use. I want to sort out the issue, but I don't know the way. Why RBI is allowing this type of fraudulent app. They have to take action to close this type of money eating crocodiles. Jul 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Complaint is not resolved, a customer care executive call me and asking for my CVV number of a card and OTP which I received from the bank, how I believe and give the OTP to him. He is stating that he needs to send the money in the card. But I already have my bank account merged in Mobikwik. So they can transfer the money in that account, but why he is asking for CVV number and OTP. This next scam from Mobikwik, I think. So that same problem is persisting, so I need my money back. Mobikwik is a fake, I think Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
