[Resolved]  Mobikwik — My money is being held in wallet, But could not recharge

Hello Sir/Mam, My name is Sureshkumar, I did added 145 rs to my mobikwik wallet and i also i had 5 rs inmy account already. Altogether i have 150rs sitting in my mobikwik wallet. I am trying to recharge using my money in the wallet. However recharges are not happening since im getting error messages from mobikwik website. the error message states "Sorry! Recharge/Bill Payment Failed, Please Re-Try" . I was trying to recharge to different numbers for 3 to 4 days and tried so many times but getting the same error message. I have raised couple of tickets using thier and portal and also mailed them, however im not getting any response from mobikwik . Hence I demand a refund of all the money (150 rs)to my bank account as soon as possible or at least i need to use that money to recharge . Please help me get my money back instead of my money sitting in mobikwik wallet for days doing nothing.. I would like to update this complaint with few more details which can be used to work on this.

I have attached a screenshot of
1. transaction history
2. Tickets raised with no response from mobikwik (645724, 648651, 653232)
3. Invoices of all transactions
4. Wallet balance screenshot
5. Error message which i get while recharge from wallet.

there wasnt any response from anyone useful. meanwhile i almost got ripped off by scammers. After posting my complaints in this forum, i got a call from some unknown number saying they are calling from mobikwik, they said i have to go to "http://mybankingsector.blogspot.in/" and fill my card details in the "online card authorization" tab. they claim that this has to do to verify my bank details. once i do, i would get the refund immediately. i
did suspect, because that site asked me to fill card no, CVV no, card
expiry date. ATM pin, pretty much everything about my card (with that
anyone can make use of my card). i asked them that is not a official site nor it is https site. why should i do this. they said they can prove the identity by giving missed call from bank no. and they did gave a missed call from the no which we usually see in back of the card. i denied to fill in my details and dropped the call. later i found out in website that many people got ripped off in huge sum of amount. so be careful guys...
I would like to update this complaint with few more details which can be used to work on this.

Transaction from credit card

There was a transaction made from my credit card for Rs. 9000 on February 05, 2015. Bank name is Citibank. I am being forced to pay by the bank. I made no such transaction. It is a huge amount.

cheating in mobikwik app

In mobikwik there is a money transfer option.so my brother sent me money but it was not came...i have the proof of sending and recieved money in message and mail but in wallet it was not showing

change my primary number

change my primary number of moulika.[protected]@gmail.com ...to idea [protected] and it is saying that is already a primary number of another email id but that email id was blocked so please change the primary number fast

ERROR OF MANY TIME SENDING OTP SO SOLVE MY PROBLEM
