Mobikwik — Non-payment of my BSES Rajdhani Bill for Rs 8320

I deposited Rs.8320/- with Mobikwik on 04.07.14 with a request to pay my Electricity bill. I created a ticket online, however i have not received any response from them.I have requested Mobikwik to refund my Rs.8320/- Their Mob No-[protected] is not available as there is a message that this number is discontinued.
