Why I am not get promotional cash back amount 20% against Order # 23980277 Date 19 Dec 2016, 05:29 PM IST AT Vishal Mega Mart against my purchase via Mobikwik Wallet. Even I cannot able to contact Mobikwik Wallet customer service center. IVR not working properly. Mobikwik Wallet customer care not given reply of my emil also. I want resolution asap.
