Mobikwik — payment deduct twise.

On 28th March 2015 i shop a mobile phone @ ebay and try to pay with my ICICI Netbanking via MOBIKWIK. That transaction was an unsuccessful one, But the amount Rs.563.10 debitted in my ICICI account. Then i complete the same order with my SBI Credit card. Then on 29th march 2015 i made a complaint to Mobikwik, they reply me, Namaste! Thank you for taking out time to write to us. We understand your concern o[censored]nsuccessful payment. The good news is that your Payment was successful so we have added the amount to your Mobikwik Wallet for you to keep enjoying our services. For now, we are sharing a summary of the payment update. They not answer me properly, again and again they give me the above same reply. Meantime i made a complaint at ICICI Bank cc also. They reply me, Dear Mr. Giridharan, We understand your concern. We tried to contact you on XXXXXX0204 on April 8, 2015 however we could not establish a contact. We would like to inform you that the payment you made on March 28, 2015 for Rs. 563.10 was successful. Hence, we request you to co-ordinate with the biller regarding the payment for further clarification. If the payment is not effected, we request you to forward a mail confirmation from the biller regarding the non receipt of the amount so that we can assist you further in this regard.
