Mobikwik — Payment of Rs 358 not reflecting in my wallet | |||
Dear Sir, I have ordered food on just eat online food ordering web site on 22.02.2015 for Rs. 358.47. And tried paid with the payment option MOBIKWIK. I tried adding money through my ICICI bank after entering OTP i got a msg from Mobikwik transaction failed, I tried agian with the the bank and gain i received same message, Then i transferred amount with my Credit card. When i checked my bank statement i have been deducted twice below is the details, but my wallet was not updated. After my complaint they have added only one transaction amount of Rs. 358.47 to my Mobikwik wallet. Still 3598.47 is pending for the same I ma almost raising daily complaint for second issue but they just write stansdard mail the aount is already added.
