Mobikwik — payment refund problem

I made a payment of inr 9, 366 to my mobikwik wallet from my sbi credit card via cashout app, but it gave some error after successful payment. Amount got deducted from my account, but still wallet shows old balance 0.84ps, i have tried getting in touch with the customer care of mobikwik but no response whatsoever. But the history show the transaction id:594b9c98e949b, kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Thanks!

On 7 oct I was added 931.22 rs but in this money 487₹ auto deducted transaction I'd is OMK22d5113d7fa64d8. I want to know why mobikwik deducted this money pl help. Pl tell
