Mobikwik — recharge not done but amount rs 200 deducted

I have bajaj wallet 0n 13th feb i tried recharge of airtel for rs 200 but amount deducted but recharge not done as well amount not refunded the complaint id i have tried to contact mobilwik customer service center as well as through app so kindly refund rs 200 in bajaj wallet cause the amount not reach to airtel that why the recharge not done my complaint id is 10453930
