Mobikwik — Recharge unsuccessful mails

Dear sir,

My self vinod, last night i installed mobikwik app and transferred 250rs. From my bank a/c. And than tried to recharge to my cell no. But since last night till now i m getting same mails recharge unsuccessful mails and even i tried to mail to mobikwik towards that mail but, i m getting same response saying your money is transfer to your mobikwik a/c. And even after that this peoples expecting to feedback there mails. I have transferred that money to use and not to keep in mobikwik wallet

Wasting money and time, please look into this

And i m sorry if i had used any improper word in this mail.

Myself Shivraj singh, I have deposit Rs20 and recharge in my Mb [protected]. But the amount debited in my account and not recharge my mobile and also not credited money in my mobikwik

Recharged free local bsnl mins for rs.346 through mobikwik. Balance was deducted from the bank account but the recharge balance was not processed. Its been more than two weeks but still the amount is not refunded.
User is disabled kindly help me kindly help

For unknown reasons, my mobikwik account was disabled by the company which had a wallet money. Kindly unblock it. It was associated with the following email: [protected]@gmail.com
