Mobikwik — refund from irctc does not reflect in my account | |||
My id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected] i made irctc ticket on irctc and payment done by using mobikwik gateway, after cancelation of my ticket according to irctc statement they have already refunded amount on date 12/12/2017 but it does not transfer in my account transaction id:[protected] and cancelation id:[protected] I have tried to contact customer support but not able to reach them I have also submit ticket of complaint on your site it's showing processing from a long time Was this information helpful? | |||
