Mobikwik — Refund not get for recharge | |||||
Dear sir/mam, i m user of mobikwik.2 days before i had recharged worth rs. Of 48/ on my telenor number [protected] but i didnt get recharge amount or refund for this. I waited for my amount which is refundable for more than 24 hours. Mobikwik transaction id number is tel[protected]. Kindly resolve my problem. My mobile number [protected] I have paid my electricity bill payment for the month of April-2017 my balance deducted from my account but still not paid to reliance department and they add bill amount of previous month please refund my account as soon as possible this site is fake please do not transaction with this fraudulent mobikwik.

I am not able to use my super cash at petrol pumps and amul outlets even if I transact more than 100 INR, I am facing this problem since 1st June.
Every time money gets deducted from main balance.
Mobikwik you are a big cheater and lure customers with your fake schemes.
