Mobikwik — refund on cancellation of irctc train ticket | |
My account is registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com I have booked irctc ticket and paid the amount through mobikwik wallet on 25.09.2018. The amount (Rs 1450.86) was deducted and ticket was booked. No issue so far Subsequently, on 28.09.2018, the whole amount rs 1450.86 was refunded in my wallet, eventhough the ticket was still valid (I checked on irctc). I, therefore, complained on mobikwik help about the mistaken refund on 28.09.2018 as i was afraid that my train ticket will be cancelled. On 05.10.2018 the amount rs 1450.86 was deducted (The description was wallet debit against recovering for wrong irctc refund). No issues so far. On 06.10.2018 i have cancelled my ticket and irctc has issued rs 1230 refund, however the same has not been credited in my wallet till date. I have complained on mobikwik wallet 2 times and everytime they close my query by writing some mumbo-jambo about supercash. Was this information helpful? | |

My account having mail id nikhat2013.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile no[protected] has been disabled two days ago. Despite sending request over mail they are not paying heed towards customer concern. Even they not replied my mail.
