Dear Sir,

I have done online payment of Rs. 1400 of my reliance broadband on number [protected] bill dated 3rd Feb, 2017 through your site.

But this amount didn’t not reach to Reliance Communication till now .also, I called on the helpline number given on your site but, I was disappointed as there is no response.

I request you to please refund the amount as early as possible, otherwise I have to go legally.

I am attaching the document for your reference.

I hope you will look into the matter seriously and do the needful.
