Mobikwik — Regarding fund transfer | |||||
I have added rs 15000 from my credit card to mobikwik wallet. On 09/05/2017. After some time i tried to transfer rs 5000 back to my account by using transfer to bank link but every time it could not be completed.in every attempt it showed different messages. I decided to logout and re login to do the same, but as i logged out and tried back to login now it is not allowing me to login by giving message otp has been sent max no of times. Before login i tried to contact mobikwik but neither there is any contact no. Nor email id. I raised my issue by going in help section. After login i again tried to raise issue that i could not be able to login but now website is saying that ticket can t be raised till next 12 hrs from same user. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I booked the bus ticket for shirdi to pune form neeta tours and travels than i cancelled it again within 12 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount
