Mobikwik — Regarding payment deducted from mobikwik wallet but order not confirmed on shopclues order id no

I had attempted to order a pair of shoes from the shopclues website and tried to pay through mobikwik ..rupees about 320 was already in my wallet before this order...and 500 was added more...now the payment has been deducted from the wallet ..but order has not been confirmed.. kindlyorder confirm the order please..the order id is[protected]
