Dear sir/ma'am, This is to bring to your kind attention for necessary action that myself mr. Joydeep chakraborty was surprised yesterday to see that rs.5000/- was on hold from my account number:[protected], ifsc code: icic0002524, icici bank ltd, silchar, ukd road branch, and is done so under direction from mobikwik.com, as acknowledged by official's staff of icici bank, silchar. Kindly let me know how without any prior intimation to me it has been put on hold by mobikwik.com provided when my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) and mobile number is ([protected]) updated with your system, and for this reason i can't pay my credit card bills. Mobikwik has disabled my user id or account that's why i can't contact with them.
