Mobikwik — To not paying the credit card bill amount

Dear sir
I have successfully paid the credit card bill of Rs 2000 through mobikwik on 21/01/2021. Mobikwik sent a message that they have successfully paid the amount with Reference number KKBK[protected]. But andhra bank (now union bank ) credit card biller informed me that it is not done yet. And it is also not reflecting in my credit card current statement. So please help to solve my issue.

I think mobikwik payment gateway is not working and I am facing the problem.
