Mobikwik — transaction failed and money deducted from my wallet | |||||
Yesturday I used mobikwik app to do my prepaid recharge of my jio number and money deducted at the same time from my mobikwik wallet saying payment will take an hour and now many hours is passed my jio recharge didn't happened and I didn't got my money back. Its really very disappointing, irritating and depressing. Look, it is so urgent to do my recharge. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir I am mobikwik user I send 2000 rupees to another Bank account but money was not transfer to the account. But money debited from my account and mobikwik application saw your transaction in pending from last 7 hours. Please slove this problem quickly.
