Mobikwik — Transaction failed balance deducted | |||||
Hi sir, I transfer the amount 820rs from the wallet to my bank account but the transaction failed but the balance was deducted from my wallet and I also added 100rs in the wallet but the error comes but the balance was deducted from my card So please solve these two issues as soon as poosible so please 920rs transfer in to my bank account as soon as possible i am unable to transfer the bank detailas are below mentioned i also raised a request but there is no solution provided ticket no- 5834800 ticket no- 5836917 Warm Regards Jitendra Arya Mobikwik ID - [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I didn't get my Cashback in my Mobikwik wallet after shopping from brand factory so please send me my Cashback as soon as possible.

This is regarding the ticket number 5673479, many times I reopened the complaint and still didn't get my money back. The refund amount should be 2693.76
The failure transaction happened at brand factory
