Mobikwik — unauthorized deduction of 2020/- rs | |||
With reference to above mail, rs 2020/- was deducted from my account without my concent for paying bsnl landline bill. My mobikwik mobile no was [protected]. I have raised complaint within 1 minutes of transaction. Now i have recieved mail from your end saying that you have to raise query to merchant. Now something fraudulent happend and it was raised within 1 minutes and the medium was your mobikwik channel. On what basis i raise query to merchant because i dont i have details of third party. If you are not able stop transaction witthing 1 minutess of transaction why you are sneding mail link saying report for an issue. This is toatlly unprofessional and do needful. I mistakenly sent my money to wallet 6000 rupees after I selected refund option my money were deducted from wallet but I not get money to bank account. There is no response in mobikwik customer care.
I kindly request to you please refund my money as soon as possible quickly
