[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Unsuccessful transaction

Dear Sir, ma'am,

I have added Rs. 200 in my mobikwik wallet on 31.07.2014 to pay my airtel post paid bill (M. No [protected]), Rs 200 debited from my Canara Bank, for this i attached herein my July Mobikwik wallet E-Statement where total added money was Rs. 4712 and total money Spend Rs. 4512. there is difference of rs 200 but my wallet Closing balance is Zero.

So i request you to added this amount in my mobikwik wallet or refund it to my bank account.

on 14-2-15 the reference number is [protected]

The amount has not been updated in Airtel accounts

I have also raised two tickets and there has been no response from your side the ticket numbers are as follows
