Mobikwik — wallet balance deducted after unsuccessful recharge | |||
Dear Sir, I had recharged my mobikwik account with Rs. 1000 on 06.02.2015. Thereafter I tried to make my bill of My Tata Photon number through postpaid bill payment option that was of Rs. 890. The transaction got declined but my account balance got deducted of Rs. 890. Neither my bill was paid the transaction was showing any history of the same. It's been 4 day my account balance has not been updated since. You are hereby requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
